Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Artoke (the “Service”), a store for digital scripts, plug-ins, and tools for 3D/CG software. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Artoke sells downloadable digital products — scripts, add-ons, and rigging tools for software such as Autodesk 3ds Max and Maya. All products are digital; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. License to purchased products
Unless a product’s page states otherwise, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own personal or commercial projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the product files themselves, in whole or in part, whether modified or not.
A purchase is for a single active user. Studio or team use requires one license per active user — contact support for studio pricing.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Each script is paid for individually at checkout.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the payment, handles billing and applicable taxes, and issues the receipt.
5. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Community content
Members may post in the community section. You are responsible for what you post and must not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or spam content. You retain ownership of your posts but grant us a license to display them within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Products remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. The Artoke name, logo, and site design are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service and its products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You are responsible for keeping backups of your own work; always test third-party scripts on a copy of your project.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
